We introduce you the history of our auberge.

It was built by André COLAS from 1966 to 1968. L'Auberge de l'Etang Bleu is actually hold since thirty years by his daughter in law and his son, Anne and Pierre COLAS.

Beautifully built in the respect of the big french tradition by masters builders and master carpenters, it was used since this time as a reference.

In 1962, André COLAS builds the small lake (2 hectares) in front of the Auberge, and call it "L'Etang Bleu".

The following year, he embellishes the small lake' arounds.

Since the beginning, "L'Auberge de l'Etang Bleu" enjoys of a real tranquility in the middle of a 9 hectares park at the great satisfaction of the customers.

The residents fishermen can practice in the lake "no kill" to catch one big carp, one perch, one pike, or one roach (you must bring your necessary fish).
